The body becomes the interface
Computer vision for fitness allows a webcam to recognise posture and movement and turn them into controls, feedback or progress. For the experience to be useful, recognition must be designed with the activity: range of motion, pace, tolerances, available space and audience ability shape the logic much more than the tracking model alone.
Be2Bit develops movement-centric experiences for wellness, sport, edutainment, training, events and campaigns. They can take the form of guided exercises, exergames, challenges, simulations or interactive cultural content. Browser access reduces friction and supports common webcam-equipped devices, keeping attention on movement rather than setup.
Designing recognition and feedback
Each project starts with the actions to observe and the conditions in which they will happen. We define framing, calibration, thresholds, occlusion handling and confirmation signals. The interface clearly communicates whether the body is visible, whether position is correct and how to improve, so a technical failure is not interpreted as a user failure.
We can integrate avatars, real-time environments, scoring, progression and custom content. Data is limited to what the agreed operation and indicators require; processing, accounts and analytics follow product requirements. The system can connect to existing programmes, catalogues and platforms or become the core of a new experience.
From proof of concept to platform
A proof of concept validates the primary movement on real hardware. We then test different people, clothing, lighting, distances and device performance, building consistent guidance and fallbacks. This process is decisive for products used at home, in schools, companies, health environments or public installations.
GymGamEnt is the broadest application of this expertise: a web platform where games and experiences are controlled through body movement. The same technology and design knowledge can be adapted to commissioned products with branding, activities, measurements and integrations defined with the client.
Who we design for
A home fitness programme differs from a trade-show activation or a school activity. Duration, assistance, space and communication of results all change. Each flow is designed for its context, including demonstration modes, rapid access or persistent journeys where appropriate.
A project can begin with an exercise, an editorial property or an engagement objective. With the client, we translate that starting point into an observable and testable system, with a roadmap that separates early validation from extension of the platform.
