Experience
Virtual and real
Simulated management accompanies physical cultivation and ends with vegetables delivered to the user’s home.
Platform
A phygital platform connecting the playful management of a virtual garden to cultivation on a real plot, through to home delivery of the harvest.

Rapp/Horto is a phygital platform: users manage a garden through a playful experience, while an affiliated farm cultivates the corresponding plot in the real world.
Registration, plot selection, service payment, cultivation activities and harvest delivery belong to the same system. The mobile app is the user touchpoint; backend services, farming partners and logistics turn digital actions into a tangible service.
Experience
Simulated management accompanies physical cultivation and ends with vegetables delivered to the user’s home.
Rhythm
Crops follow durations inspired by real growing cycles, organised as short daily activities.
System
App, web services, affiliated farms, payments and shipping work as one platform.
Irrigation, monitoring and intervention turn farming practices into simple choices, supported by notifications and good-growing guidance.
Pests, weather and unexpected events affect yield without abruptly ending the journey: mistakes can be recovered. The proposal included crops such as lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and courgettes, plus the option to begin in virtual mode and later switch to real cultivation.
In 2021, Rapp/Horto won the Italian edition of the Creative Business Cup and represented Italy at the international finals.
The award recognised a vision connecting gamification, agriculture and a direct supply chain, making the relationship between digital care and the real growth of plants visible.
